Your safety and the safety of our community is my priority. In line with Government Back to Business requirements, I have implemented a comprehensive Covid-19 Work Safe Safety Plan. If you are attending for an appointment at my practice, I have measures in place to protect you. These include a hygiene station and stringent cleaning protocols. I have also amended my consult times to only allow two people in the building at all times. Social distancing protocols remain the same.
If attendance at my practice is still not an option for you, then please contact me to enquire about online counselling. Many of my clients have adapted to this style of consultation and now even prefer it.
Any counselling and therapy service I offer, can be delivered to you via our online video sharing platforms. This includes but is not limited to, Skype and Zoom. Phone counselling is just as effective if you do not have access or a good connection to the internet.
There are many issues I can help you with, including feelings of anxiety, stress, overwhelm, overthinking and chaotic thoughts. I can also help you with any fears or phobias that are manifesting at this time and assist you with developing coping strategies that work best for you as an individual.

In response to my clients who are deeply worried and in fear, I have created a free Mental Health Care Package which you can download HERE.
You are welcome to forward the free Mental-Health Care Package to all loved ones and friends, as we are all in this together. My intention is that the contents will help bring calm to whomever makes use of it. The best way to share this free resource is to forward this link: https://counsellinglaunceston.com.au/product/emotional-calm/
You can access downloadable audio resources for emotional support here: https://counsellinglaunceston.com.au/store/
I am posting, via Facebook and Instagram, practical and relevant ways to build upon the Mental-Health Care Package and how we can all be of support to one another during this time of change and uncertainty.
